The results of the study show that, the Principles put forward by George C. This can be seen from the existence of one indicator, namely the resource indicator where existing resources are still limited, especially at the village level, and facilities and infrastructure are not available either at the DPPPA, KUA or the village level due to budget limitations. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of West Sulawesi Provincial Regulation Number 1 of 2020 in preventing early marriage in Balla District, Mamasa Regency is not yet fully effective.
