This edition of the publication covers two main, interrelated topics within the context of modern governance. The first article discusses digital governance models in developing countries and their effectiveness in improving the quality of public services. The second article highlights the role of social media as a crucial instrument in promoting transparency and citizen participation in local governance through a case study of Suame Municipality, Ghana. The current edition is still incomplete as it awaits several other manuscripts in the final stages.
